By using WooManage you accept the collection and use of your personal data as described in this policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following data:

• Account data: email address, account creation date, notification preferences.
• WooCommerce credentials: store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. These are required to connect to your store and are stored encrypted.
• WooCommerce data (in transit): orders, products, sales statistics. This data is fetched in real time from your store and is not permanently stored on our servers.
• Push notification token: a technical identifier used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Diagnostic data: anonymised error logs, app version and device type, transmitted to our crash monitoring service (Sentry).

We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store.

3. Purposes & Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Providing the service (authentication, WooCommerce store management) — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
• Sending push notifications about your stores — Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR (consent / legitimate interest).
• App improvement and maintenance — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Sub-processors

Your data may be shared with the following sub-processors under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements:

• Google Firebase (Alphabet Inc.) — authentication, Firestore and Realtime Database storage. Hosted in Europe (region europe-west1, Belgium). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Sentry.io (Functional Software, Inc.) — anonymised crash reports and error monitoring. Privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy.
• Expo (EAS) — push notification delivery service. Privacy policy: expo.dev/privacy.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

5. International Data Transfers

Sentry and Expo are established in the United States. Transfers to these processors are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914), providing an adequate level of protection for your data.

Firebase stores your data in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), within the European Union.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: retained until account deletion.
• WooCommerce credentials: retained until the connected store or account is deleted.
• Accounting and transactional records: retained for up to 12 months following account deletion to comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations, then permanently deleted.
• Error logs (Sentry): 90 days.
• Push notification tokens: until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data.
• Restriction: limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@fastlers.fr. We will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority) if you believe your rights are not being respected.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Your WooCommerce credentials are stored in encrypted form in our database. Access to your data is strictly limited to your authenticated account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The current version is the one displayed on this page and in the app, with the date indicated above.
