Terms of Service

1. Publisher

WooManage is published by Alicien BAUCHET, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur), registered in France under SIREN 102 025 574.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the WooManage mobile application ("the App"), available on Android and iOS.

WooManage is a WooCommerce store management app that lets you view orders, products and sales statistics across multiple stores from a single mobile device.

By creating an account or using the App, you unconditionally accept these ToS. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the App.

3. Account & Access

Using WooManage requires creating an account with a valid email address. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have authorisation from your legal representative.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Be the owner or an authorised user of any WooCommerce stores you connect.
  • Verify your email address to activate your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions taken on your account.

4. Plans & Pricing

WooManage offers the following plans:

  • Free: connect up to 2 WooCommerce stores, access to core features.
  • Extra site: €1.00 / month per additional store, billed monthly.
  • Unlimited Monthly: €11.99 / month — unlimited stores, sales notifications, priority support, all current and future features.
  • Unlimited Yearly: €9.99 / month (€119.88 / year) — same benefits as Unlimited Monthly, with a 24% saving.

Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). They may be changed with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to current subscriptions before their next renewal date.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through the official app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) under their respective terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment details, which are managed exclusively by Google or Apple.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in the store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided without a physical medium when performance has started with your express prior consent.

By activating your subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate start of service and waive your right of withdrawal for the portion of service already consumed.

If you have not yet used the service following your subscription, you may contact us at support@woomanage.app within 14 days of subscribing to discuss your request.

7. User Obligations

By using WooManage, you agree to:

  • Not use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Not attempt to access other users' data.
  • Not reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit any part of the App.
  • Not use automated means to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.).
  • Ensure you are authorised to access any WooCommerce stores you connect.

Breach of these obligations may result in suspension or deletion of your account without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The WooManage App, its name, logo, design and all content (text, images, source code) are the exclusive property of Alicien BAUCHET and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

No licence or right other than to use the App in accordance with these ToS is granted to you.

WooCommerce is a registered trademark of Automattic Inc. WooManage is not affiliated with Automattic Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

WooManage is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the App will be available without interruption, error-free or suited to your specific needs.

We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption or any indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In any event, our liability is limited to the total amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the damage.

10. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Settings screen in the App and at woomanage.app/privacy. This policy forms an integral part of these ToS.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings → My Profile screen. Deletion results in the permanent loss of all your data, subject to the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these ToS, non-payment, or for any other legitimate reason, with 30 days' notice except in cases of serious misconduct.

12. Changes to the ToS

We may modify these ToS at any time. You will be notified of the new conditions via the App or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered address.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute. As a European consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
